This one-day workshop shows residential and mixed-use property managers how to apply AI tools to everyday operational tasks: triaging tenant emails, answering lease-clause questions, routing maintenance tickets, drafting late-payment notices, and producing AI-assisted inspection reports. Participants work through real property management scenarios using accessible AI tools that require no coding background. By the end of the day, attendees leave with ready-to-use prompt templates and a clear action plan for their own portfolio.

Delivery
Delivered in-person or live-online in a single day (6–8 hours). Participants need a laptop and a free or trial account with one general-purpose AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT or Copilot). The facilitator provides a workbook of ten property management prompt templates and three scenario packs. Hands-on exercises account for approximately 70% of workshop time. A 30-day follow-up Q&A channel is included.
What makes it work

- Skipping prompt iteration, accepting a first draft as final rather than refining for accuracy
When NOT to take this
This workshop is not appropriate for a property management firm that has already deployed a purpose-built property management platform with native AI features (e.g. Yardi, AppFolio AI) and needs advanced integration or model fine-tuning, those teams need a practitioner-level technical programme instead.
