Delivery
Delivered live, either in-person or via video conference (Zoom/Teams). Participants work inside their own Slack workspace throughout, so hands-on ratio is approximately 70% practice, 30% instruction. A shared Slack sandbox channel is set up before the session for exercises. Materials include a pre-session workspace audit checklist, a Workflow Builder template library, and a post-session etiquette guide template. Remote delivery requires screen-share access and Slack AI enabled on the workspace at least 48 hours before the session.
