Ce qu'elle couvre
Cette formation initie l'ensemble des collaborateurs aux dimensions éthiques du travail aux côtés de systèmes d'IA. Les participants apprennent à identifier les biais dans les résultats de l'IA, à comprendre quand et comment escalader les préoccupations, et à appliquer les principes de transparence et de consentement dans leurs workflows quotidiens. Typically delivered as a half-day (4 h) or full-day (7-8 h) facilitated workshop, in-person or live virtual. Hands-on ratio is approximately 60% scenario discussion and role-play to 40% instruction. Materials include a printed or digital ethics decision card, a bias-spotting checklist, and a recorded recap for absent team members. Sessions can be split into two 2-hour modules for remote delivery. A pre-read of 15-20 minutes (short case studies) is recommended for participants.
