AI TRAINING
AI for SME Hiring and Job Ads
Use AI to write better job ads, screen fairly, and run structured interviews without an HR team.
What it covers
A hands-on workshop for founders and solo HR practitioners covering how to use AI tools to rewrite job descriptions into compelling ads, draft structured interview scorecards, generate candidate communication templates, and apply bias-aware screening practices. Participants work through real hiring scenarios using their own open roles. The format combines short concept blocks with immediate tool practice, ensuring outputs are usable the same week. By the end, each participant leaves with a reusable hiring toolkit built for their own context.
What you'll be able to do
- Rewrite a real job description into a compelling, bias-reduced job ad using an AI tool within the session
- Produce a structured interview scorecard with weighted criteria for a specific role
- Generate a set of candidate-stage email templates ready to copy into your ATS or inbox
- Apply a three-step bias-check prompt sequence before publishing any AI-drafted job content
- Build a personal prompt library for recurring hiring tasks reusable across future roles
Topics covered
- Rewriting job descriptions into engaging, SEO-friendly job ads using AI
- Drafting structured interview scorecards with AI assistance
- Building candidate email templates for each stage of the funnel
- Bias-aware screening: prompting techniques and checklist practices
- AI-assisted shortlisting: what to automate and what to keep human
- Reviewing AI outputs for legal and tone compliance
- Saving and reusing prompts across multiple hiring cycles
Delivery
Delivered as a single full-day in-person or virtual workshop. Participants need a laptop and access to a general-purpose AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, or Mistral). At least 70% of session time is hands-on exercises using participants' own open roles. Facilitator provides a starter prompt pack and a reusable hiring toolkit template. Remote delivery uses breakout rooms for peer review of scorecards and ads.
What makes it work
- Starting with one real open role during the workshop so outputs are immediately usable
- Saving all prompts into a shared team doc so the process survives staff turnover
- Building a short human-review checklist for every AI output before it goes external
- Revisiting and updating the prompt library after each completed hiring cycle
Common mistakes
- Publishing AI-generated job ads without a bias or tone review, replicating exclusionary language at scale
- Using AI to rank or score CVs without human oversight, creating legal and fairness risk
- Generating interview questions with AI but not structuring them into a consistent scorecard, losing the objectivity benefit
- Treating AI-drafted emails as final copy without checking for overpromising or misleading candidate expectations
When NOT to take this
This workshop is not the right fit for a company that already has a dedicated HR team using an enterprise ATS with built-in AI features — they need vendor-specific training on their existing tooling, not a general prompting approach.
