What it covers

A practical one-day workshop for founders and operations leads who have purchased — or are considering — ChatGPT Team and need to roll it out effectively. Participants learn how to allocate seats, configure data-sharing settings, build reusable custom GPTs for repeated tasks, and run monthly usage reviews. The session combines live platform walkthroughs with hands-on configuration exercises so attendees leave with a working setup, not just slides.

Delivery

The session is approximately 70% hands-on exercises and 30% facilitated discussion. Materials include a configuration checklist, a prompt-library template, and a monthly-review scorecard. A short async follow-up Q&A session (30 min) is recommended two weeks post-workshop.
