  • Deliver a board-ready 100-day roadmap including governance milestones, KPIs, and a change communications calendar

Delivered as a multi-week cohort programme (typically 6-8 weekly live sessions of 3-4 hours each) combining virtual facilitation, peer group coaching, and asynchronous workbook exercises. Each session alternates between frameworks and live working sessions on participants' real organisational context. Materials include diagnostic templates, stakeholder mapping canvases, audit checklists, and a customisable 90-day PowerPoint roadmap. In-person residential intensives (2-day kickoff + 1-day closing sprint) are available as an upgrade. Hands-on application accounts for approximately 60% of total learning time.
