FORMATION IA
- Clone or configure a brand-safe voice asset in ElevenLabs with documented consent and usage policy
- Build a repeatable dubbing workflow that converts a video script into localised audio in at least two languages
- Apply prompt parameters (stability, similarity, style) to match a target tone profile for a specific content type
- Design a QA checklist that flags ethical, legal, and quality issues before AI-generated voice content is published
- Estimate cost and time savings of a voice AI pipeline versus traditional voiceover production
Sujets abordés
- ElevenLabs platform overview: voices, models, and API capabilities
- Voice cloning: consent, ethics, and legal frameworks (including GDPR)
- Building dubbing and localisation workflows for video and e-learning
- Prompt engineering for tone, pacing, and emotion in synthetic speech
- Multi-language content at scale: batch processing and asset management
- Quality assurance and human review checkpoints for AI-generated audio
- Integrating voice AI with content production tools (Notion, Descript, LMS platforms)
- Brand voice governance: ownership, storage, and access controls
Modalité
Delivered as a one- or two-day in-person or virtual workshop with a hands-on ratio of approximately 60% exercises to 40% instruction. Each participant needs an ElevenLabs account (Starter tier or above); the facilitator provides a shared workspace for group exercises. Materials include a playbook template for voice governance, a consent checklist, and a localisation workflow diagram. A follow-up 90-minute office-hours session is recommended two weeks post-workshop to review real projects.
Ce qui fait que ça marche
- Establishing a voice asset registry with clear ownership, consent records, and access controls before scaling production
- Integrating a structured QA step — ideally a native speaker or domain expert review — into every localisation workflow
- Starting with a single high-volume use case (e.g. e-learning narration or product demo voiceovers) to build confidence before expanding
- Aligning legal, HR, and content teams early on consent policies and brand voice guidelines
Erreurs fréquentes
- Cloning real people's voices without documented written consent, creating legal and reputational exposure
- Skipping a human review step and publishing AI audio with mispronunciations or unintended tonal shifts
- Treating voice AI as a one-time tool rather than building a governed library of reusable brand voice assets
- Underestimating localisation complexity — generating audio in another language without native-speaker QA leads to errors that damage credibility
Quand NE PAS suivre cette formation
This workshop is not the right fit when an organisation lacks any existing content production process or editorial governance — teams that haven't yet standardised how they create and review content will struggle to embed voice AI responsibly and should first establish baseline content workflows.
