Delivered in-person or live online (Zoom/Teams) in a single day. Participants should bring a laptop and, ideally, a recent export (last 90 days) from their studio management software — anonymised if preferred. Hands-on exercises make up roughly 60% of the day. A shared resource pack including prompt templates, a churn-risk scoring spreadsheet, and a content calendar template is provided to all attendees. Remote delivery includes breakout rooms for peer practice.
