Cet atelier pratique apprend aux responsables administratifs et aux dirigeants de TPE/PME à appliquer l'IA à l'ensemble du cycle de recouvrement : rédaction de séquences de relance, extraction d'intention de paiement depuis les emails, mise en place de calendriers de rappels et génération de prompts de rapprochement. Les participants travaillent directement avec des outils connectés à Xero, QuickBooks et Sage. À l'issue de la formation, ils repartent avec des modèles et flux de travail prêts à déployer, adaptés à leurs propres données de facturation.

Modalité
Delivered as a single in-person or live-virtual day workshop. Approximately 60% hands-on exercises using participants' own (or anonymised sample) invoice data. Each attendee receives a prompt template pack, a reminder-cadence configuration guide, and an integration checklist for Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage. A short follow-up Q&A call (30 min) at day 30 is recommended to address real-world adoption questions.
