Cet atelier pratique permet aux assistants juridiques et aux paralegals de petits cabinets d'utiliser des outils d'IA pour l'indexation de documents, la synthèse de dépositions, la vérification des citations et l'automatisation de l'accueil client. Les participants travaillent sur des flux juridiques réels avec des outils comparables à Harvey et Spellbook, en apprenant où l'IA accélère les tâches courantes et où la révision humaine reste indispensable. Le programme aborde les garde-fous d'utilisation sûre, les obligations de confidentialité RGPD et la détection des erreurs de l'IA avant qu'elles n'atteignent les avocats. À l'issue de la formation, les participants peuvent intégrer l'assistance IA dans leur travail quotidien sans compromettre la précision ni la confidentialité des clients.

Modalité
Delivered as a one- or two-day in-person or live-online workshop, with an approximate 60/40 split between hands-on exercises and guided instruction. Participants need access to a laptop; the trainer provides a sandboxed environment with anonymised legal documents for practice. A short pre-read on AI basics (30 minutes) is distributed one week ahead. Follow-up resource pack including prompt templates and a safe-use checklist is provided post-session.
