Un atelier d'une journée conçu pour les responsables de magasins indépendants ou de petites enseignes souhaitant utiliser l'IA immédiatement, sans compétences techniques. Les participants apprennent à rédiger des prompts pour la planification des équipes, les décisions de réassort, la mise en scène visuelle et la détection d'anomalies de démarque. La journée alterne courtes séquences théoriques et exercices pratiques sur des scénarios retail réels. Chaque participant repart avec une bibliothèque de prompts personnelle et un plan d'action applicable dès la semaine suivante.
À l'issue, vous saurez
- Write AI prompts that generate a weekly shift schedule from staff availability and expected footfall inputs
- Produce a stock reorder recommendation by feeding sales and seasonality data into an AI tool
- Identify at least three shrinkage anomaly patterns in a sample sales report using AI-assisted analysis
- Generate three actionable visual merchandising layout ideas for a specific product category using a prompt template
- Select and justify one free or low-cost AI tool appropriate for their store's size and budget

Modalité
Delivered in-person at the store, a local business hub, or a training room. Remote delivery is possible via video call with shared prompt workbooks. Hands-on exercises make up roughly 60% of the day; short facilitated demos and discussion account for the rest. Participants need only a laptop or tablet with internet access. A printed prompt cheat-sheet and digital prompt library template are provided as take-home materials.
