Delivered in-person or as a live virtual session using a shared collaborative workspace (e.g. Notion, Miro, or Google Docs). Participants receive a pre-workshop template pack one week in advance. The session follows a 30/70 split: 30% facilitated instruction and 70% hands-on customisation of templates. A 90-minute follow-up check-in call at the 30-day mark is included in most packages. Remote delivery works well; in-person is preferred when the full management team can attend together.
