- Measure baseline versus post-AI time spent on administrative project tasks using Monday's built-in dashboards

Modalité
Delivered as a full-day in-person or virtual instructor-led workshop. Participants need access to a Monday.com Pro or Enterprise workspace during the session; a sandbox environment can be provided. Approximately 60% of the day is hands-on exercises on real or representative boards. A facilitator guide and recorded session replay are included. Remote delivery uses breakout rooms for small-group board challenges. Post-workshop, a reference playbook (PDF) covering all AI features and governance templates is shared.
