Un programme en cohorte sur six semaines conçu pour les dirigeants et opérateurs de PME prêts à passer de la curiosité IA à un pilote concret. Chaque semaine couvre une phase distincte : cartographie des opportunités, sélection du bon cas d'usage, construction d'un workflow IA minimum viable, mesure de l'impact, gouvernance responsable et planification de la mise à l'échelle. Les participants repartent avec un pilote fonctionnel, un ROI documenté et une feuille de route priorisée.
À l'issue, vous saurez
- Identify and prioritise at least three AI automation opportunities using a structured opportunity-mapping framework
- Select and justify a first AI use case against criteria including feasibility, data readiness, and expected ROI
- Build and deploy a minimum viable AI workflow using no-code or low-code tools within the programme duration
- Measure the pilot's impact in quantifiable terms — hours saved per week and estimated annual cost reduction
- Draft a one-page AI governance policy covering data handling, GDPR obligations, and acceptable use for your organisation

Delivered as six weekly live online sessions of 2.5-3 hours each, supplemented by async assignments and peer cohort discussion. Each session combines short instruction (30%), guided group work (40%), and participant-specific coaching (30%). Materials include editable templates for opportunity mapping, use-case selection scorecards, ROI tracking sheets, and a governance policy starter. An optional in-person kickoff day can be added for geographically co-located cohorts.
