  • Set up a lightweight prospect research and enrichment workflow using AI tools and no-code connectors
  • Write personalised cold email and LinkedIn messages using structured prompts grounded in prospect-specific signals
  • Configure a sending domain and warm-up sequence to reach the inbox consistently
  • Define a tight ICP and build tiered outbound lists that avoid mass spray-and-pray tactics
  • Measure reply rates and iterate on sequences using a simple A/B testing approach

Sujets abordés

  • AI-assisted prospect research: finding signals and building targeted lists
  • Prompt engineering for personalised outreach at scale
  • Clay-lite and no-code enrichment stack setup for SMEs
  • Writing outbound sequences that convert (cold email, LinkedIn)
  • Deliverability fundamentals: domain warm-up, sending limits, spam avoidance
  • Avoiding spray-and-pray: ICP definition and tiered targeting
  • Measuring outbound performance with basic metrics
  • Template library creation and iteration workflow

Modalité

Delivered as a one- or two-day in-person or virtual workshop. Participants bring their own laptop and access to at least one live outbound tool (Clay free tier, Apollo, or Instantly). Roughly 60% hands-on exercises, 40% facilitated instruction and demo. A pre-session questionnaire collects participants' current ICP and tool stack so examples are directly relevant. A shared Notion workspace with prompt templates and checklists is provided and retained after the session.

Ce qui fait que ça marche

  • Defining a tight ICP before touching any AI tool so prompts are grounded in real buyer context
  • Building and iterating a small prompt library specific to the company's value proposition and target personas
  • Committing to weekly review of reply data to drop under-performing variants quickly
  • Starting with a small, high-quality list and scaling only after a sequence proves it converts

Erreurs fréquentes

  • Buying a large prospect list and blasting it without personalisation, destroying sender reputation
  • Using generic ChatGPT prompts that produce boilerplate copy recipients immediately recognise as AI-written
  • Skipping domain warm-up and technical setup, causing emails to land in spam from day one
  • Targeting everyone instead of a narrowly defined ICP, leading to low reply rates and wasted effort

Quand NE PAS suivre cette formation

A company that already has a dedicated SDR team with an established outbound stack and RevOps support — this workshop is optimised for resource-constrained founders doing outbound themselves, not for scaling an existing structured sales operation.
