Facilitator brings pre-loaded demo datasets representative of small hospitality venues; participants are encouraged to bring anonymised samples of their own reservation or POS data. Hands-on exercises account for roughly 60% of time. A shared digital workbook is provided for ongoing reference after the workshop. Remote delivery is possible in a condensed format across three half-day sessions.
