Un programme pratique conçu pour les propriétaires et opérateurs de petites entreprises en Espagne et en Amérique latine. Les participants explorent les outils d'IA disponibles en espagnol, évaluent des cas d'usage sectoriels et apprennent à sélectionner des fournisseurs en respectant les obligations RGPD et LGPD. Le format combine des modules vidéo courts avec des sessions de questions-réponses en direct et des études de cas réels issus du commerce, de l'hôtellerie, des services professionnels et de la logistique.
À l'issue, vous saurez

- Draft a 90-day AI adoption plan with prioritised actions and measurable milestones

Modalité
Delivered entirely in Spanish via a blended format: four half-day live online sessions (2 hours each) supplemented by self-paced micro-modules between sessions. All materials, templates, and case studies are provided in Spanish. Hands-on exercises represent approximately 50% of total learning time. In-person delivery in major Spanish and LATAM cities is available upon request for groups of 10 or more.
