Chapter 12 of 14
The use case library
Twenty AI use cases, each with the question to ask, the metric to read and orders of magnitude taken from open studies, never from vendors. The fiche brings the question and the measure. Your company brings its own numbers.
The families and the fiches
Library in the menu. Five families, in the order of the Baromètre France Num 2026, each with the share of French SMEs that use AI for that usage: content generation, assistants, document analysis, data analysis, automation. Each row gives the title, the first sentence of the problem, the path of the gain, the proof mode aimed at, and the number of sourced figures, or "No published measurement" when no open study measures the case.

A fiche
A fiche reads top to bottom: The problem, For whom, Where companies stand, The readings (at 30 days usage, at 90 days the metric, at one year the gain), What would stop it, Costs often forgotten, Before scoring feasibility (five questions, each with its effect on the rung), Orders of magnitude seen elsewhere, and What the fiche does not say. Beside the text, The gain and its proof: the path of the gain, the metric and where it is read, the start value, the proof aimed at.
Each order of magnitude carries its context, its method, its sample, its date, its funding, its limits, a link to the source with the date it was opened, and its weaknesses as tags: distant context, self-reported, laboratory, vendor-funded. No vendor figure. No default score.

Create the initiative from a fiche
Create the initiative creates the initiative with the problem, the metric and its readings, the start value and the family tag already written, with type Use case and stage Idea, and puts the fiche's assumptions and its stop rule on its business case. You add your own numbers. The initiative opens at once.
The fiches are written in French. In the demo workspace, creation is disabled.
