Chapter 1 of 14

Getting started

A workspace is created in one step. You name your products, then choose where to start: your list, your bets or a diagnostic. Everything can be changed later.

Create the workspace

After signing up, the Create your workspace screen asks for one required field, the Workspace name. The Sector and the Company size are optional. Continue creates the workspace. An English / Français switch at the top right changes the language.

If people from your company already have a workspace (same e-mail domain), the screen says Your team is already on Fygurs and offers Ask to join. The request goes to the workspace's owner. You can also create your own.

A person invited by a member skips these steps: they land on the home page, with a welcome line.

Name your products or domains

The Your products or domains screen asks for two to six names your committee recognises: data platform, customer portal, operations… The map and the home page are organised around them. Type a name and Add, or click a suggestion for your sector. Eight names at most. Skip skips the step.

Each name becomes a portfolio and a product of the same name, at the Discovery stage. You can rename, regroup or delete them in Products.

Choose where to start

The How do you want to start? screen offers three doors. The fastest is to load the list you already have. Nothing is written before you review it.

DoorWhat happens
Load my listDrop a file opens the import (a spreadsheet, a deck or a PDF, see the Import chapter). Paste my titles expects one title per line, thirty at most: bullets and numbers are stripped, duplicates too.
Write my betsOne to three bets, each in two sentences: We bet that… and We will know it worked when… Suggestions fill a bet in one click, to be reworded as you like.
Run the diagnosticA few questions in conversation. Three bets and a first portfolio come out of it, with figures (see the chapter The diagnostic).

Every door ends on the initiatives list. Every way stays available later, from the application. A mail Your workspace … is ready confirms the creation: fourteen days of trial, no card.
