Team, settings and plan
Who is in the workspace and what each person may do, your profile and preferences, the workspace's identity, the plan and the invoices.
Your account
Settings opens two groups. Account: Profile (photo, name, sign-in e-mail, phone, role, department) and Preferences (the Interface language, and Monday mail reminders for the decisions in your name, late or due this week). Workspace: General, Team, Billing, Integrations. Each field saves in place.
The workspace
General carries the Workspace name, the Logo, the Sector, the Size, and under More about the company the website, the headquarters, the founding year, the yearly budget, a description. Only the owner and the administrators can change these fields.
The team and the roles
Team shows who is in the workspace, who has been invited, and what each person may do, with the seat count: "n of m seats". To invite: an address, a role, Invite. Pending invitations can be copied, resent, revoked; Join requests are accepted or refused. A member can be removed, or change role.

The plan and the invoices
A new workspace has fourteen days of trial, no card, with the whole product. Then, without a plan, the workspace turns read only: everything stays visible to the team, nothing changes any more. Billing shows the plan, the next due date or the trial days left, the seats, the payment method and the invoices to download.
Choose a plan opens Workspace plan: Pro, ten seats included, 599 € a month, or 5,748 € a year (two months free), paid by card; Enterprise, on quote, by writing to us. Cancel the plan takes effect at the end of the period; Resume the subscription reverses it.
The demo workspace
app.fygurs.com/demo opens the NeoPay workspace, read only, with fictional data: the application itself, on a sample portfolio. A banner recalls it, and every attempt to change something answers "Read-only demo". If you are already signed in to your own workspace, the page says so and offers to open it.
